Texas ModernHouse

I love modern house. It simple and fresh. :)

This is 40x40 lot, quite big for modern house. It's originally made in Riverview.
Price is about 200,000 simoleons. It's expensive because of Fresh-Prince's Ferrari California(about 175,000 XD)
